Health problem reevaluation and follow up care

Your pet was diagnosed with a health problem that needs to be reevaluated to make sure he is responding well to the prescribed treatment.

Your older pet has a chronic disease that requires regular medical follow up to evaluate disease progression, response to treatment and if necessary treatment adjustments.
